Lahti is the gateway to the Finnish Lake District, located less than an hour from Helsinki. IRONMAN 70.3 Lahti has become a firm favourite in the triathlon calendar, and with a unique start time of 3:15 p.m., this race features a finish under the spellbinding nordic midnight sun.
